The Engineering Design Show is the UK’s only event entirely dedicated to engineering, electronics and embedded design. The show provides the ideal environment for design engineers to benefit from direct access to the latest products, services and innovations available to the sector.

Inspiration and Innovation were the order of the day at EDS 2019

Despite uncertain market conditions, last week’s Engineering Design Show provided a welcome shot of inspiration and innovation for the UK’s design engineering community, delivering a 3% increase in visitor numbers. The 2019 Engineering Design Show (EDS) brought together over 200 exhibitors, welcomed 25 of the industry’s most prominent conference speakers and hosted over 30 practical workshop sessions on the show floor. Alongside the exhibition, new feature areas gave visitors the opportunity to get hands-on with the very latest robotics technology and design tools.

Innovation Management Masterclass from the iED

On Wednesday 16th October at 10:30 the iED will be hosting a masterclass where you will learn the basics of the Innovation Management System, how the adoption of a standardised approach can lead to differentiation and gain insights into your own organisation aligned to the standard.

Raising the profile of technology companies in Asia

Introducing, establishing, maintaining and growing a tech company's name, brand and products in the vastness that is the China market is not only possible, but certainly worth the effort in the long term. Careful and skillful tailoring of a number of marketing tools is, fundamentally what it takes to be successful in China, aligned with a pragmatic approach to avoiding the obstacles that can rear up for the unprepared.
