The Engineering Design Show to be postponed until 31st March - 1st April 2021

MA Exhibitions Limited, which owns and runs The Engineering Design Show, has taken the very difficult decision to reschedule the event from October 14-15 to March 31- April 1 2021.

As organisers, our number one priority is to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of all of our exhibitors, visitors and staff. Given the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the concerns shared by a number of the show’s partners, we have decided that in order to minimise the risks to visitors and exhibitors, the event will now take place at the end of March at the Ricoh Arena.

We also believe that by moving the show to March 2021, we will be able to offer a better experience for visitors and exhibitors than we would under the current conditions.

All existing exhibitor bookings will be automatically transferred to the new dates and a member of the team will be in touch over the coming days to discuss any questions you might have. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the show’s partners for their understanding in this matter and we look forward to working with you to deliver an outstanding event in March.

Useful for discovering potential new suppliers, business partners and networking. Also useful for making personal contact with exhibitors rather than working exclusively via email and telephone.

David Barrass

This show has become the go to event for the industry.

The Engineering Design Show is a helpful concentration of vendors of many kinds, making it a one-stop-shop to communicate with existing suppliers, find new ones, and generally network for information.

Most of the things you can find on the internet, however, here you can ask questions, talk to people and also see & try new products.

Bela Szekely

Great venue and organisation, coming back next year!

Rob Gil

Great chance to see a lot of innovation and network with a good range of contacts. Excellent presentations in the conference track.

Engaging in dialog with multiple business partners spread across the country is time consuming and challenging, having a range of suppliers, possible suppliers and prospects in one location is highly effective.

Dave Everitt

As an electronic and product designer, the show provided an invaluable overview of what is possible in the industry. In our age of information technology, you still cannot overlook the value of talking to another human face-to-face when looking for solutions and ideas, which ultimately benefits everybody.

Paul Bryce

An excellent place to meet existing suppliers, find new suppliers and keep up to date on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Aaron Lockton

A nicely laid out exhibition in a pleasant and easily accessible venue, with a good range and quality of exhibitors.

Robert Evans

One of the best shows for Engineers and Designers.

Alan Sobha

I was surprised by the number of potential/current suppliers to our business (electronics manufacturer) and able to rediscover their portfolio and offers. Needed more time to explore further.

Pascal Roux

I think it's useful for colleagues to see what's available on a regular basis.

Caroline Harding

Got a lot out of the show and could have easily spent more time/an extra day there, had it been possible logistically.
